Women In and Into Leadership and Management Positions
The target group for this course is any female teacher aspiring towards school management and leadership positions. It includes topics such as assertiveness, recruitment and selection tools to assist women managers, strategic planning and leadership for women managers, diversity management, managing resources and effective communication.
