Target Group: Grade 10 Mathematical Literacy Teachers

Course objective: The course aims to upskill teachers in content delivery, teaching strategies, and the development of assessment tasks for Mathematical Literacy.

The course content alligns itself to the ATP's for Mathematical Literacy for Term 2 and includes strategies to teach concepts such as, Finance, Measurement & Maps and Plans.

Course structure, duration and registration: This is ONE course and BOTH modules are compulsory. 

Module 1 Topic: Finance (Online)

1.2 Tariffs (17 April)

Module 2 Topic: Measurement & Maps and Plans (Online)

2.1   Time & Time Conversions (24 April)

2.2    Maps & Plans (3 May)

Course Certification: Only participants who have submitted and passed all module tasks will be issued a certificate of completion.
