Course Purpose

The purpose of the course is to develop teachers’ skills in using video in the classroom. It is a beginner level course targeting teachers who have low digital skills.It also sets the scene for Video 2 and 3.

Course Outcomes

This course will be practical and hands-on. At the end of this course teachers will be able to:

• Understand basic pedagogy principles of using video in the classroom

• Create basic videos using easy digital tools to channel information to learners

• Share these videos with learners via hyperlinks and QR codes

Course Assessment

Participants are expected to complete, submit and pass all tasks 

All Module tasks must be completed and submitted by the end of the course date.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion only if all module tasks were submitted and passed

Participants need to receive at least 50% to pass a task
