About this Course

Course Purpose

This course will introduce teachers to Digital Tools they can use for content creation, curation and sharing. It is a intermediate level course targeting teachers who have a more intermediate level of digital literacy. This is a self-paced course that will take place over 10 days.

Course Content

Module 1: Introduction to an online space to curate resources using Google Drive

Module 2: Tools for sharing resources using Hyperlinks

Module 3: Tools for sharing resources using QR Codes

Module 4: Tools for creating resources while working with images

Course Challenge: Create a final product where you demonstrate the skills learnt in previous modules

Course Outcomes

By the end of this course teachers will be able to:

  • Set up a personal Google Drive to curate educational resources

  • Create Hyperlinks and QR codes to share content

  • Search for and edit copyright free images

  • Create, edit, share, convert and combine PDF documents (Webinar)

Course Assessment

Participants are expected to complete, submit and pass all tasks 

All Module tasks must be completed and submitted by the end of the course date

Participants will receive a certificate of completion only if all module tasks were submitted and passed

Participants need to receive at least 50% to pass a task
