About this Course
This Coding & Robotics course aims to :
* introduce teachers to the terminology associated with computational thinking skills used in Coding & Robotics.
* demonstrating through the use of lessons and practical face-to-face sessions, how to plan, implement and assess coding & Robotics as part of the Natural Sciences Curriculum in the Intermediate Phase.
* hands-on, practical sessions on the coding of a micro-bit robot.
This course follows a blended course model approach and consists of:
* Module 1: Online, self-paced (7-11 Aug)
* Module 2: face-to-face session at the CTLI in Kuilsrivier, programming and making the micro bit robot (11-12 Aug)
* Module 3: 3 x online webinars (15,22,29 Aug)
