About the Course:

This course is hosted by experts from the Schools's Development Unit of the University of Cape Town.It aims to empower teachers with the knowledge , skills and strategies to teach  reading and writing across the curriculum. It will provide teachers with the necessary skills to shift from teaching isolated language topics, to teaching reading and writing across subjects in the curriculum.

This sort after course, only makes provision for the first 35 participants.

Mode of Delivery:

Face - to - face - The course will be presented on ( 27, 28 January & 3, 4 February 2023)

Structure of the course:

This is a  SETA sponsored course that will be presented for 4 days  at the CTLI. Successful participants will have to sign a contract with SETA and UCT before attending the course.

Certification:

A SACE - endorsed certificate will be given during a graduation ceremony hosted by the University of Cape Town
