The 10 day face - to- face course offers teachers the opportunity to improve their teaching skills and strategies. Teachers will be given a deeper understanding of Beginning Knowledge and Social Wellbeing and how it can be successfully implemented in the classroom. Teachers will do introspection and self-reflection and navigate from a sense of self-love and purpose. They will  realise  that ‘everything we need is within us’.
