About this Course
This 10-day face-to-face course presented by the CTLI in all 3 official Languages of the Western Cape ( English, Afrikaans, and IsiXhosa), aims to assist the Grade 4-9 teacher with the skills, techniques and methodology to teach writing.
During this course, the following topics will be covered:

The writing process

Types, examples, and rubrics for transactional and creative writing.

Assessment of and for writing
-
How to start a writing workshop at your school.
Participants receive a printed manual in either English, Afrikaans, or IsiXhosa.
Electronic manuals, resources, and slides are also available online in all the official Languages.
